Terms&Conditions

 

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions are the standard terms which apply and their purpose is to offer clarity as well as protection to Vida Wellness Club and its clients.
    The business name is Vida Wellness Club and is based in England, UK. Our registered address is:

    111 Newland Avenue, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 2UW, Hertfordshire.

  2. Membership Terms
    We offer a Free Trial class for new participants. This can be booked on our website www.vidawellnessclub.com or by contacting us at: vidawellnessclub.uk@gmail.com
    Vida Wellness Club classes are provided on a termly basis. A term refers to a specific period of time (roughly 7, 8, 9 or 10 weeks), the exact dates of which will be found on the website and are determined by the business partners, Adri Welham and Laura Martinez.
    We offer three different memberships:
    Dance Only (1 dance class a week), Pilates Only (1 Pilates class a week), and Unlimited (all Dance and Pilates classes on the timetable). You can sign up for any of these memberships by contacting us and we’ll send you a registration/payment link.
    Vida Wellness Club reserves the right to review and change its class fees periodically. Changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
    All terms must be paid in full with an allowance of a maximum of
    2 weeks for absences. (Example: in a 10-week term members will pay for a minimum of 8 weeks if they know they cannot attend the full 10 weeks. In this case, members need to notify Vida Wellness Club to receive the appropriate payment link.)
    Pay-as-you-go classes are not permitted. If you are a new customer to Vida Wellness Club and you join our classes just before the end of a term, you may book the remaining weeks of the term pro-rata.
    Strictly,
    no refunds will be issued.

  3. Payment Terms
    All memberships must be paid in advance before the start of the term or before regular classes can be attended.
    Payments can be made via payment links sent by Vida Wellness Club, bank transfer, or debit card. In limited cases we will accept cash. Please contact us if you cannot use any of the payment methods listed above.

  4. Missed Sessions
    In case of sustained illness or injury, please contact Adri or Laura as soon as possible via vidawellnessclub.uk@gmail.com. You may be able to freeze your payment until you have recovered. Each case is treated individually and is at our sole discretion.
    Rolling over sessions due to common illnesses such as colds, flu, Covid, etc., is not permitted.
    If you can’t attend your regular class, you are welcome to attend another class of the same type during the term.
    Carrying over classes to the next term is not allowed.

  5. Health & Safety
    Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical condition before attending any class or programme. Please consult your doctor if you have any existing health conditions. Vida Wellness Club and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions.

  6. Bookings & Payments
    All payments must be made in advance. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  7. Cancellations & Missed Classes
    We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, where possible, we offer make-up options within the same term or subscription period.

  8. Class Changes
    We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or class format when necessary. We will always communicate any changes as early as possible.

  9. Marketing & Media Use
    We occasionally take photos and videos during our classes, programmes, and events for marketing purposes, including use on social media, our website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in any footage, please notify us in writing by sending an email to vidawellnessclub.uk@gmail.com. We will always do our best to respect your wishes.

  10. Respectful Conduct
    We are proud to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and uplifting community. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or participants will not be tolerated.

  11. GDPR & Data Protection
    We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any information you provide is used solely for communication, bookings, and the delivery of our services. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing vidawellnessclub.uk@gmail.com.
