Pilates helps to strengthen your deep core muscles, improves your posture and can also relieves back pain and stiffness. Pilates also helps improve your coordination and memory. The deep, controlled breathing that we do in Pilates does wonders for your nervous system. We finish with a guided relaxation to calm your busy mind.

Yoga is a safe form of exercise, but you should always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise programme. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your class. Cancellations made with less notice cannot be recovered, but you’re welcome to attend a Pilates class from our timetable instead of the missed Yoga class.
