Barre Pilates Fusion

A beautiful but challenging high energy class combining Power Pilates with Ballet Barre. Expect to feel the BURN and tone up your whole body, especially your booty and abs!

Mat Pilates

A class for older adults looking to build strength, balance & flexibility. Fun and friendly with music and equipment and lots of social interaction. A mix of exercise to music, Pilates and lots of laughs! Can be done seated or standing.
