Standing Pilates

A dynamic class focusing on core stability, balance, strength and flexibility. This class is standing only with variations of classic floor exercises, so you don’t miss anything. Standing Pilates has been called by movement experts 'The Missing Link', as it delivers functional exercises for everyday life.

Zumba Gold

Slower pace but high energy dance class that includes cardio, balance and stretching. This class is fun; friendly with enjoyable dance routines such as Tango, Flamenco,Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Belly Dancing and much more! Lots of laughsguaranteed - keep your body and your mind active!

Relaxation

We offer a guided relaxation segment at the end of some of our classes.

Think calmness, rest and sometimes, even drifting away.

This is a chance for both your body and mind to be still and in peace without the pressures of your everyday routine.

Mat Pilates

Pilates helps to strengthen your deep core muscles, improves your posture and can also relieves back pain and stiffness.
Pilates also helps improve your coordination and memory. The deep, controlled breathing that we do in Pilates does wonders for your nervous system. 

Zumba Toning

A high intensity class that combines the fun and cardio of Zumba Fitness with strength & toning using light hand weights. This is a real game changer that will increase your heart rate, improve your strength and stamina and have you burning more calories even hours after class (this is based on the High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT).
